Samar's Secret Recipe: Coconut Banana Protein Waffles

Ingredients:

Waffle Batter:

  • 1.5 cups flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Splash of milk
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)

Coconut Butterscotch Sauce:

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk (cream on top of can)

Directions:

Waffle Directions:
