RETURN POLICY
Max HP has a no refund policy on any open food, nutrition products, supplements, or beverages.
Max HP has a 14-day return policy on unopened and unused clothing, which means you have 14 days after your item is marked delivered to return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Trying to find your package? Sorry! This happens sometimes. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still hasn’t turned up in 3 more days, please contact us info@wemaxhp.com
We ship internationally and from the United States. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed due to high order volume.
We do not operate on weekends or holidays.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@wemaxhp.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
WRONG ADDRESS, NOT RECEIVED OR STOLEN ORDERS
Max HP is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.). Max HP is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders. Please contact the mail carrier with full name and tracking number.

Domestic Orders (within the USA) standard shipping is 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays. Due to the ongoing global pandemic, postal carriers around the globe are seeing delays.
If your order is marked as delivered on your tracking, but you did not receive it, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. This request for assistance with a claim must be made within 7 business days from a package being marked as delivered.

Max HP does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, and this includes stolen or missing packages. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders may incur delays due to customs duty fees and transit, expected arrival is up to fourteen business days from purchase. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to customs and duties. PLEASE NOTE: Max HP is not responsible for covering these charges.
If you purchase from our website and refuse the package at any point OR refuse to pay customs, please be advised that you will not be eligible for a refund for the package at all due to fees incurred by us returning the package.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT: Each country has different requirements on what ingredients can and cannot be imported. Ingredients such as Melatonin and Yohimbine may not be allowed to be imported into your country. We highly recommend contacting your customs agency for a full list on what your country allows to be imported before purchasing.If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs we will NOT issue you a refund (minus shipping) unless ALL products are returned to our warehouse in the original condition per the return policy above.
It is also the direct responsibility of the customer to collect parcel from the foreign postal administration, and failure to do so for any reason will result in shipping charges not being refunded once the order has been returned to sender.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/e-buyer. The consignee authorizes innosupps.com to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that innosupps.com may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
Please expect slight shipping delays due to COVID-19. Under normal circumstances, our international shipping is 7-14 business days. Please note, though, that carriers worldwide have been impacted by the pandemic and that this transit time may be extended. The majority of carriers do maintain updates on their websites about what impacts they are experiencing.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
